Our app is available on the Apple App Store for iOS devices and the Google Play Store for Android devices. You will find these on your phone and search for "Cloud Softphone". The app is free. Use these links on your browser:

Once you have installed the app, you need to open it on your phone. You may find that new purchases are on the end of the list of apps. You can also search for 'Softphone'. The icon looks like this:

We recommend pinning the app somewhere you can reach it easily or replacing the normal phone dialler. You will be using this app instead of your normal phone app. Tap on the Cloud Softphone icon

The app will launch and show you the login screen. Press the QR code towards the bottom of the screen and point your camera at the QR code in your account.

Accept the terms and conditions, and allow the app to access your contacts and agree to any permissions that it requests.

You are now ready to make a test call.
